FOREIgN POLICY
The United States has, from its inception, furthered crimes against humanity, broken international law, and flouted the consequences of these actions for hundreds of years.
As Congresswoman, I will vote to revoke President Trump’s illegal actions in Venezuela, Greenland and any other nation he attacks without provocation.
Congress must take back its constitutional duties starting with War Powers. While Congress retains the constitutional power to declare war, shifting "authorizations" to the Presidency has created executive overreach in making and declaring war.
Congress, for DECADES, has allowed the Executive Branch to wield far too much power and has upset the balance of power between the three branches of government.
As a Native woman, I know firsthand the consequences of government overreach. Congress must not allow unchecked executive power to continue.
